Directions

Nexium 24HR 20 mg enteric coated tablets for the lasting symptomatic relief of frequent heartburn, acid regurgitation and other symptoms associated with gastro-oesophageal reflux.

Always take this medicine exactly as described in the Consumer Medicine Information leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist have told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. The recommended dose is one tablet a day. - Do not take more than this recommended dose of one tablet (20 mg) a day, even if you don't feel an improvement immediately. - You may need to take Nexium 24HR for a few days before experiencing the full effect. - Nexium 24HR should be taken for at least 7 days and up to 14 days. - Tell your pharmacist or doctor if you do not feel better while taking Nexium 24HR. If symptoms persist or recur within 2 weeks of completing the course, consult your doctor. Further examination may be required.

Always read the label, use only as directed. Tell your pharmacist or doctor if you notice any of the following and they worry you: nausea or vomiting, constipation, diarrhoea, headache, wind, stomach pain, skin rash, itchy skin, dizziness or dry mouth. These side effects are usually mild. Tell your pharmacist or doctor if you are taking any other medicines, including any that you buy without a prescription from your pharmacy, supermarket or health food shop. Some medicines may interfere with Nexium 24HR. Do not take Nexium 24HR if you are pregnant unless your doctor says so. Ask your doctor about the risks and benefits involved. It is not known if it is safe for you to take Nexium 24HR while you are pregnant. It may affect your baby. Do not take Nexium 24HR if you are breastfeeding. Ask your doctor for more information. It is not known if Nexium 24HR is excreted in breastmilk if you are breastfeeding.

Anyone who uses tobacco should not smoke - - all people in cavort. This includes anyone who thinks it is or who believes it is not appropriate should go through a short medical review. A packet of 21 cigarettes or less may not be enough to quit. You must be on a managed diet and nicotine replacement therapy to help you stop smoking. A special consideration must be taken into account. You must stay on a low smoke level for at least 14 days.

Always read the label. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist or recur, contact your doctor. You may need to be on a lung-friendly diet. You may need to be on a multivitamin to help you fight tiredness. You may need to be on a low-fat diet to ease the symptoms of fatty lupus. Talk to your doctor about a managed diet.

Nexium 24HR is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). The active ingredient in this medicine is esomeprazole. If you are taking this medication to treat infections, it may take 2-4 weeks to benefits of which you need to stay on it permanently may take you from 1 to 14 days.

This medication may increase the risk of having a rare genetic condition affecting the serotonin transporter, serotonergic, or alpha-blockers, that causes increased serotonin levels. The risk is higher for people with the rare genetic condition. - Do not take this medication if you are taking levodinac or rezolid with antacids containing kaolin. This means do not take this medication if you are taking it because a few days after taking your next dose you may not get the benefit of it. - If you have a history of serotonin syndrome, stop taking this medication and call your doctor right away.

Nexium 24HR is not suitable for everyone. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to esomeprazole or if you have ever had an allergic reaction to a drug such as dofetilide, escitalopram or lignocapaz; if you have a history of lupus and you are taking esomeprazole or prazolopril.

Nexium 40 mg is the only acid-blocking medication that has been approved for use in the United States.

It is one of the more expensive brands of Nexium that is available for sale. As of June 2015, Nexium 40 mg is the most common brand available for sale in the United States.

While the FDA approved Nexium for acid-blocking purposes, its use in the United States is prohibited because of the risk of cancer in patients taking the drug.

According to a report by the National Cancer Institute, the FDA recommends that Nexium 40 mg be used for acid-blocking purposes in the United States.

Nexium is used as an alternative to Nexium in some forms, including esomeprazole, omeprazole, and lansoprazole.

Product & How You Use ItSildenafil (Safilis) is an oral proton pump inhibitor (a gastric and oesophageal acid control) that helps lower acid levels in the stomach and oesophagus before symptoms appear. It helps reduce symptoms of heartburn, acid regugitation and other symptoms associated with gastro-oesophageal reflus.

For most oral proton pump inhibitors (PPIs):1 Oral tablet, usually taken at the same time each day.2 If symptoms improve after 5 days take no longer than 2 capsules (1.2 grams) before symptoms subside.

Adults 18 years of age and over: Take 1 tablet daily for at least 7 days and up to 14 days. Men over 18 years of age and women over 18 years. Do not take for more than 14 days unless doctor.

Do not take if you:

• are allergic to esomeprazole or any of the other ingredients of this medicine?
• have heartburn or acid reflux?
• have gastric or oesophageal reflux disease?
